החזרות נעשות בתוך 14 ימי עבודה מיום קבלת החבילה. אם קיבלת מוצר בצבע שונה, או לא את אותו המוצר שהזמנת, תוכל להחזיר את המוצר. אם קיבלת מוצר והבנת שאתה לא צריך אותו, אנחנו נקבל החזר תוך 14 ימי עבודה מיום שקיבלת החבילה, בתנאי שהאריזה שלמה ולא נפתחה. הכסף יוחזר במלואו, לא כולל עלות שליחת החבילה. זיכוי/החזר על פריט שנקנה באתר יתבצע בתוך 14 יום מרגע שנקבל את הפריטים.
